About this plugin

Generate evenly balanced columns from long form text

✨ To Use

• Run the plugin
• Select a text element
• Update settings as needed in the plugin
• Click 'Create Columns'

✨ Notes

• This plugin will work on any text element
• It is recommended to use saved text, color, and effect styles so text is formatted properly. Mixed typography styles/links will be ignored
• The Prioritise Paragraphs option ensures paragraphs are not split
• The Prioritise Even Split option ensures each column is evenly balanced regardless of line breaks
• Option to remove line breaks from text

❌ If you encounter any errors ❌

• Mixed text styles and hyperlinks are not supported
• Invisible/zero width characters can also cause errors (this happens if you work between Mac and PC or Word and Figma, where invisible characters can carry across)
