Note

In some cases, where the swap is not technically possible you might see the colors swap partially. You can simply undo in those situation if you do not like the result.

For example:

A "Recatangle 1" has two fills "Fill A" and "Fill B".

A "Recatangle 2" has a color style named "Color Style C"

Here you can't swap "Fill A" with the "Color Style C" because you might loose "Fill B" in the process

Currently figma support applying multiple fills to an element. But it does not applying multiple color styles as fill. You can have a workaround for this limitation by adding multiple properties to a single color style.
