How do I use it?
- Select layer with a color you want to transform and make sure it sits in a frame with a solid fill background of your choice,
- Run the plugin,
- That's it. 🎉
Is there anything else?
- For extra control on saturation of your translucent colors, check out Alphredo.app web app (it's free).
- You can select all kinds of layers, as long as they have a solid fill (a plain color).
- You can convert multiple colors at once by selecting multiple layers, as long as they sit in the same frame.
- If you select a layer with a fill style, Alphredo will make a copy of it with the same name and add "(Alpha)" suffix.
- If you put your layers directly on a page, Alphredo will use the background color of the page as a surface for calculating translucent colors.
- Keep in mind that not all colors can be made translucent on every kind of background (eg. a white color on a black surface). If that happens with colors in your selection, Alphredo will make sure to let you know about it.
