This plugin has 2 uses:

Increment Property To step through a specific instance’s property, only allowing valid combinations.
Next/Previous Variation Stepping forward and backwards through all possible variant combinations

Combined with shortcut keys these are effective ways to view properties

How to use Increment Property

⌘ + / to access the quick actions menu
Navigate to Increment Property
Tab → to access to properties list
Select the property you want to iterate and press return ⏎
Use the Run last plugin menu command to step again (this can be accessed quickly through the quick actions panel or by setting up a shortcut key)

How to use Next/Previous Variation

⌘ + / to access the quick actions menu
Navigate to Next/Prev Variation
Use the Run last plugin menu command to step again (this can be accessed quickly through the quick actions panel or by setting up a shortcut key)
