Import notes and clips from user feedback sessions into your FigJam board to easily review user requirements and usability feedback with your team and stakeholders.

How it works: Watch the demo

1. Install the plugin and log in to your Betafi account (or sign up for Free).
2. Select the project containing the notes/clips you want to bring over to FigJam.
3. Click “Import All” or drag and drop selected notes/clips to FigJam.

Why Betafi?

• Whether you use Betafi or Zoom (or Google Meet coming soon), you can use Betafi to capture the ‘aha moments’ and take notes within pre-created questions. Then import your notes to FigJam.
• Post-call, dig out the ‘aha’ moments from your feedback calls using the recording synced with the transcript and your notes. And then import these important moments to FigJam.
• You can also bring your Figma prototypes to Betafi, conduct moderated usability testing sessions, then clip videos of user struggles, and import the mini-clips to FigJam.
