• 選択したフレームの高さを、中のオブジェクトに合わせて自動的にリサイズ（中のオブジェクトのConstraintsがScaleの場合でも外側のフレームだけを自動でリサイズ可能）
• フレームの上端を固定したままリサイズ
• 選択されているフレームがない場合、エラーメッセージを表示
