Noise Grid Generator 2 is here!

Bringing elements of generative design to Figma now with new features!

You can now create a grid using any element as input, even components and components sets, and this is huge!

GENERAL GRID SETUP

1. Define how many elements you want on the X and Y direction
2. Specify the gap between them
3. Tweak the effect adjusting the desired amount of displacement and the size of the noise.

ROTATION

1. You can now rotate each element along the noise, creating very cool flow fields effects.

COMPONENTS and COMPONENTS SETS

1. It is now possible to select and use a collection of component variants, this means that you can create cool randomised pattern using all those variants.
2. Select if use a noise value to drive the grid or a fully random one.

CREATE AND KEEP EDITING

1. Click Create and add the grid to your project
2. Keep editing the elements in the grid using the generated component (if you are not using a component already) and edit all your grid elements without having to regenerate the grid!
