About this plugin
You thought native stretching and transform was impossible in Figma ? think again.
Stretch applies a scaled transformation to Figma layers stored in your clipboard, so you can paste them back on your canvas fully scaled (and still editable).
What can you stretch?
- Text layers
- Vectors
- Entire frames
How it works:
- Copy the layer(s) to your clipboard (
CTRL+C / ⌘+C) - Paste your layer in the plugin (if in the browser, you'll have to hit
CTRL+V / ⌘+Vafterwards, as the plugin can't access the clipboard automatically). - Select the axis and factor you want for the transformation.
- Click
Stretch to clipboard - Paste the transformed layer back onto your canvas
Enjoy a fully-stretched layer that’s 100% editable!
