Over the past 13 years of building Lollypop, I have reviewed over 500+ design portfolios. The Indian Persona is born out of my frustration over designers using Western and European photos to create personas for their projects intended for the Indian target audience. 

I travelled across India  carrying my camera and shamelessly asked common people to pose for a photo. Few didn't want to reveal their real name, but most were okay with it. I also opened this platform to the photographer's community to add portraits of Indian people. Thanks to all of them who contributed to this plugin.

Here is the list of things for the next version.

1. Create accurate personas by choosing location, gender and other data points.
2. A sample persona templates created by top designers in India for some well-known Indian brands.
3. Multilanguage dialogues from real people in regional languages.

This is my first plugin and I am excited to build more plugins for the love of the design community.
