Introducing Automator, a plugin built to make executing multiple creatives quick and easy.

How does it work?

Automator takes your existing creatives within Figma and applies data to that creative from a spreadsheet. You can simply drag your spreadsheet of data into Automator and it will convert that data into creatives. The only thing you need to do is make sure that your item names match the headers in your spreadsheet. The data can consist of text and images (note that images need to be served from a URL).

For best results make sure that you have you prepared your 'template' creatives in a way that work best for your data. Make sure that your text boxes are sized in a way that the new text can fit, such as keeping the box boundaries within the creative space. Automator automatically resizes the text to fit the text box, so keep that in mind when it comes to text that you don't want to be larger than a button or text that goes over an focal point of an image.
