About Alwan

Alwan is your custom controlled random color generator.You can use Alwan to control what range of colors to apply randomly on selected elements. Effortlessly apply dynamic colors to selected elements with custom HSL Range values.

Features

• Apply random colors to fills and strokes of selected elements.
• Choose and control on what to apply from a variety of element types

- All : All elements selected (Including Group children)

- Rectangles : All rectangles selected

- Ellipses : All ellipses selected

• Customize HSL ranges to control the color spectrum.
• Instantly apply random colors with a single click.
• Choose a HSL Preset to apply on selected elements.

Alwan streamlines the color design process, adding an element of spontaneity to your Figma workflow.

Instructions

Color Range

• If you want to manually customize the color range than in the Custom Tab

1. Customize Hue, Saturation & Lightness ranges using the sliders or manually input the values.
2. Setup your Target Preferences.
3. Click “Apply on x selected elements”.

• If you want to use one of the Range Presets

1. Choose which preset you want to apply
Full Spectrum, Vibrant, Neon, Pastel, Light & Dark Colors.
2. Setup your Target Preferences.
3. Click “Apply on x selected elements”.

Target Preferences

• Define where to apply colors : Fills / Strokes
• Define the element type you want to be affected by the random colors.

Please note: If you did not set a certain range for the colors, the plugin will automatically apply the full range for Hue, Saturation & Lightness.
