Connect your Figma file to the Api18n translation dashboard.Push translation keys into Figma Variables so designers can switchbetween languages on any text node with one click — inspect, copy,export, or author Variable Collections without leaving the canvas.FeaturesBrowse — See every local Variable Collection in the file, grouped by mode tabs. Search by name, and copy a single variable's key, value, or both as a `"key": "value"` JSON pair. Delete a variable with one-click confirm.Export to JSON — Copy a whole collection as JSON in one click, scoped to the current mode (`{ "key": "value" }`) or nested across every mode (`{ "EN": {...}, "ES": {...} }`). Variable names with `/` automatically become nested objects, so the output drops straight into any standard i18n file format.Sync — Push translations from your Api18n project into a Figma Variable Collection. A diff screen shows every Create, Update, and Delete before anything is written; deletions need an explicit confirm. Translation keys with dots (`button.cancel`) become nested folders in Figma (`button › cancel`).Getting started1. Sign up at api18n.com (free).2. Add your translation keys in the dashboard.3. Open this plugin in Figma and sign in with your dashboardcredentials.4. Switch to the Sync tab. If the current file isn'tconnected yet, copy the file key shown and register it in thedashboard under Integrations → Figma.5. Click Sync now → review the diff → Apply. Yourtranslations are now Figma Variables.Good to knowModes = languages. Every enabled language in your Api18n project becomes one mode in the Figma collection. Figma's Free plan caps collections at one mode — upgrade to Professional or higher to switch between languages with one click.Export works without an account.
