Some programs, particularly MS Excel, might not open/save the CSV properly when opened normally/directly. Follow below steps if you face issues.Opening the exported CSVFor MS Excel: Open a new excel file > Click Data > Get External Data > From text > Select the CSV file > Set file origin to UTF-8 in the wizard.For other programs, follow similar methods to set the file encoding to UTF-8 before opening the CSV.Saving the CSV after editing for implortFor MS Excel: File > Save as > Change file format in the dropdown to "CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (.csv)" > SaveFor other programs, follow similar methods to set the file encoding to UTF-8 before saving the edited CSV.
