For First-Time Users:- Navigate to your Figma Account Settings.- Under Personal Access Tokens. click on Generate New Token.- Copy the token provided by Figma.- Open the plugin and paste the token when prompted.- Once you’ve entered the token, simply click the export button to download all comments as a CSV file.2. For Returning Users:- The plugin securely saves your token, so the next time you use it, you can directly export comments with just one click—no need to re-enter the token.Use Cases:- Design Reviews: Keep a record of design feedback for team retrospectives or audits.- Client Presentations: Share feedback and comments with clients in a clean, organized format.- Content Management: Many clients provide content updates via Figma comments—easily export those comments to track and implement content changes efficiently.- Documentation: Export comments to create comprehensive design documentation and track feedback over time.- Project Management: Integrate feedback into project management tools like Notion, Jira, or Confluence using the exported CSV.
