Objective: Implement functionality where clicking a button creates a red rectangle on the workspace.

Creating the Interface:

Add a button labeled "Create Rectangle."

Prepare a canvas or container where the rectangle will appear.

Define styles for the button (e.g., color, shape).

Set default dimensions and properties for the rectangle (e.g., width, height, background color).

Programming Logic:

Write an event handler for the button: on click, create an element with predefined properties (e.g., width, height, color).

Append this element to the container on the page.

Testing the Functionality:

Ensure the red rectangle appears correctly and only when the button is clicked.

Optionally, add features such as slightly offsetting the position of each new rectangle.
