Zimmar is a free Figma plugin that checks for accessibility compliance issues and helps you fix them.

Many designers face challenges in spotting issues like small text, poor color contrast, or improperly spaced touch targets. I wanted to build a tool that would empower designers to spot and fix these issues right within Figma.

Zimmar is designed to seamlessly integrate with Figma and provide designers with quick, actionable insights.

Here’s how it helps:

1. Scans your design for font size, contrast, and touch target issues.
2. Flags areas where improvements are needed based on accessibility standards like WCAG.
3. Provides suggestions to help you fix issues and improve your designs right away.
4. Provides accessibility compliance overview on a single selection.
5. Generates CSV or JSON reports of detected issues for further analysis.

This plugin isn’t just about checking boxes - it’s about raising awareness and making accessibility an integral part of the design process. By addressing these issues early, I strongly believe, we can create experiences that are truly inclusive and reach a wider audience.
