Replaces the selected objects with similarly named objects from the library

Replaces the selected objects with similarly named objects from the library.

For example, if you need to replace one icon set with another. Works within any selected object including components.

The objects should differ by the beginning of their names, while the rest of the name should remain the same.

For example: a_icon → b_icon or filled_icon → outlined_icon.

To use it, you need to:

Enter the library ID in the settings (⚙️)
Enter your access token
Enter a name fragment of the objects to be replaced and a fragment of the new objects' names
Select the objects you want to replace and run the plugin

How to find the library ID

In your library, click Share and copy the link.

The library ID is the part that comes after /design/ in the URL:

www.figma.com/design/{file-id}/unnecessary_part_of_the_link
