Easily insert text into Figma using your voice!

Click “Open Voice Tool” → Start speaking in the browser → Your speech will be transcribed and automagically added into your selected Figma text layer.

How it works:

1. When you click Open Voice Tool, a new browser window will open to start recording.
2. This is required because Figma Mac/Desktop plugins can’t access your microphone directly.
3. The tool uses your browser's built-in Web Speech API (SpeechRecognition) to transcribe your voice locally — nothing is sent to any external server.
4. Once done, the transcription is securely sent back to the Figma plugin and inserted into your selected text node.
