Provides a streamlined workflow for Material Symbols icons fonts, eliminating the need to switch between applications or manually copy icons from external sources.

Features

1. Icon Finder - Browse through the complete collection of Material Symbols icons organized by categories or search for a specific icon by name.
2. Text Node Updating - When a text object is selected, clicking an icon replaces the text with the icon character.
3. Font Application - Automatically applies a Material Symbols font to the selected text node on the Figma canvas.
4. Clipboard Fallback - If no text object is selected, copies the icon name to clipboard with a helpful notification.

Font Compatibility

1. Font Detection - Automatically detects if a Material Symbols font is installed on your local system. Requires the Material Symbols font to be installed locally on the user's system.
2. Icon Validation - Material Symbol list loaded from Google’s Github repository. Plugin tests each icon to ensure it renders properly with the installed font. Automatically hides icons that don't render correctly.
3. Text Style Override - Insert icons without disrupting your existing text styles if you already have local styles mapped to Material Symbols fonts.
4. Statistics Display - Provides visual feedback during icon loading and validation. Shows total icons loaded, valid icons, and hidden icons.
