How to use the PSD in After Effects:


  1. Open After Effects.
  2. Go to File > Import > File....
  3. Select your exported PSD.
  4. In the import dialog, choose "Composition - Retain Layer Sizes".
  5. Click OK. You'll get a composition with all your Figma layers.


How to use the PSD in Premiere Pro:


  1. Open Premiere Pro.
  2. Go to File > Import.
  3. Choose your PSD file.
  4. In the dialog, select "Individual Layers" or "Merged Layers" depending on your needs.
  5. Click OK and use your layers directly in the timeline.
