About this plugin
A simple plugin that analyzes your selected images and reveals their file formats with a single click. Stop guessing if that asset is a JPG, PNG, SVG, or WebP.
Does not support:
- Video/Movie Files: This plugin does not support identification of video or movie formats.
Note: Figma automatically converts certain image formats during import. HEIC and TIFF/TIF files are converted to PNG format when imported into Figma, so the plugin will identify these as PNGs. This reflects the actual format of the image within Figma, not necessarily the original source format.
