I was struggling to create variables and text styles multiple times at once, so I developed this plugin to speed up the process that might take you 1-2 hours. Now, it should take you only 5 minutes whenever you want to set up.

For me, this is the perfect solution for designers and teams who want to automate and standardize their Figma text styles and variables using Google Sheets. This plugin streamlines your design workflow by allowing you to batch-create and update Figma text styles and variables based on data from Google Sheets, ensuring consistency and saving you valuable time.

How to Use:

1. Get the Google Sheets Template:
2. Click the “GET THE GG Sheets file” button to access and duplicate the provided Google Sheets template.
3. Set up text variables and text styles values in the Google Sheets file
4. Deploy the script as a web app and copy the Script ID (a 74-character string).
5. Paste your Script ID into the input field in Step 2 of the plugin UI.
6. Click the “START” button.
7. The plugin will fetch your variables and text styles from the Google Sheet and create or update them in your Figma file.
