About this plugin

Introduction

This plugin helps you quickly calculate the character length of selected text layers or manually entered text, enabling better control over content limits in UI design.

Function Description

•Count characters from selected text layers in Figma

•Switch to manual mode and calculate character count from input

•Supports real-time preview and clear visual distinction

•Default placeholders and error messages included

Usage

1.Select one or more text layers in Figma

2.Switch to “Selection Mode” tab and click the button

3.Or switch to “Manual Input” tab and start typing

4.Character count and text content will be displayed clearly

Notes

•This plugin does not modify any text in your design

•Only text layers are supported in selection mode

•For best results, ensure text layers contain readable content

•插件不会修改设计中的任何文字

•图层选择模式仅支持文本图层

•请确保选中文本图层中包含内容
