Smart Nested Radius Logic

1. Intelligent Hierarchy: Automatically calculates parent radius based on child elements
2. Proportional Scaling: Parent radius = max(child radius) + minimum padding
3. Sibling Normalization: Elements at the same level share the same radius (normalized to the maximum)
4. Subtree Application: Only affects selected elements and their children, not ancestors

Component & Instance Management

1. Exclude Component Instances: Toggle to skip or include COMPONENT and INSTANCE nodes
2. Smart Component Respect: Detects locked properties and disables UI controls accordingly
3. Flexible Application: Choose whether to apply radius to component instances or skip them
