Bulk Select By Name

About this plugin

Bulk select layers, components, component sets, and instances anywhere in the current selection or the whole page by name, even if some are hidden or locked.

Features

- Search scope: only within current selection (and its descendants) or the entire page.

- Match modes: exact, contains, regex.

- Case sensitivity toggle.

- Option to exclude descendant matches (keep only top-level hits to avoid selecting both a parent and its children).

- Option to exclude ancestor matches (keep only deepest hits, ignoring higher-level parents that also match).

- Temporarily unlocks and unhides matched nodes so they can be added to the selection, then restores original state.
