Export Formats

1. CSV: Import to Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool
2. JSON :Structured data for developers and custom integrations
3. Markdown: Optimised for Google NotebookLM and AI analysis tools
4. XLSX: Excel format with colour-mapped cells ready for Miro import

Five Categorisation Modes

1. Section Names: Automatically group notes by FigJam section. Select from multiple sections, get separate categories.
2. Sticky Note Colour: Use the first coloured sticky note's text as the category name. Perfect for pre-labelled groups.
3. Text Size: Match Text Size (Small/Medium/Large/Extra Large/Huge) and use the content as category names.
4. Manual: Create custom category names on the fly as you add selections.
5. None: Simple flat export with all notes in a grid or list.

Colour Mapping System

Assign meanings to all 10 FigJam sticky note colours:

1. Built-in presets: Retrospective (Start/Stop/Continue), Rose/Thorn/Bud
2. Create and save custom presets
3. Toggle on/off to include/exclude colour meanings from exports
4. XLSX exports preserve colours as cell backgrounds (using Miro colour palette)
