About this plugin

Gap & Padding Checker helps you quickly scan your selected frames or components to find layers that don’t have Auto Layout variables assigned.

It highlights which layers are missing variables for gap (item spacing) or padding, so you can fix your design system alignment faster and keep your layout consistent.

How to use:

1. Select one or more frames/components with Auto Layout.
2. Run the plugin.
3. Click Scan to analyze your selection.
4. The plugin will display a table listing all layers missing variable assignments for gap or padding.
5. Click on a row to select the corresponding layer in your Figma file.

This tool is perfect for design system maintainers and developers who need to ensure all Auto Layout components use consistent spacing variables.
