Sniffy Replace

Find and replace local and remote variables and styles across your Figma document with granular control over which properties to update.

Features:

Search & Replace Variables:

Find variables in your document and replace them with other variables or styles. Works with local and library variables, including automatic import from enabled team libraries.

Search & Replace Styles:

Find styles (paint, text, effects, grids) and replace them with other styles or variables. Supports both local and remote library styles.

Property-Level Control:

Select specific properties to replace (fills, strokes, dimensions, corner radius, text, spacing, etc.) for precise control over your updates.

Smart Scoping:

Search within selected layers or across your entire document. The plugin automatically detects your selection and adjusts the search scope accordingly.

How to Use:

1. Search: Enter the variable or style name you want to find. Use autocomplete to browse available options.

2. Select Properties: Choose which properties to replace from the breakdown shown after searching.

3. Replace: Enter the target variable or style name and hit Replace. The plugin auto-detects whether you're replacing with a variable or style.

Tips:

• Use the Reload button to refresh the list of available variables and styles

• Select layers before searching to limit the scope to your selection

• Property counts help you understand the impact before replacing
