The plugin will create a 9-slice or N-slice frame based on selected image

About this plugin
How to use:
- Select image
- Select slice mode
- 9 slice image will cut an image into 9 squares evenly. Custom slice will cut them into customized segments.
- N slice image will give options of whether the segment is fixed or fill the rest of the space.
- After execution to slice the image, a frame will be created
