Description

Page Navigator lets you search and jump between pages in your Figma file instantly. It adds fast navigation controls, keyboard shortcuts, inline page renaming, quick page creation, and a simple, theme‑aware UI.

Using the Plugin


➊ Launch the plugin

  1. Open Figma and run Plugins → Page Navigator.

➋ Search pages

  1. Type in the "Search pages…" field to filter by name.
  2. Clear the search with the × button.
  3. While you type, the first match is prioritized so you can jump quickly.

➌ Navigate between pages

  1. Click any page in the list to jump to it.
  2. Use the navigation buttons:
  3. Undo goes back to the previously visited page
  4. First goes to the first page
  5. Prev goes to the previous page (wraps to end)
  6. Next goes to the next page (wraps to start)
  7. Last goes to the last page
  8. Redo goes forward to the next visited page
  9. The current page is highlighted; the list scrolls it into view.

➍ Create a new page

  1. Click New Page at the end of the list.
  2. A new page is created and selected; the list updates immediately.

➎ Rename a page inline

  1. Double-click a page name to edit it in place.
  2. Press Enter to save or Esc to cancel.

➏ Reorder pages

  1. Hover over a page item to reveal the drag handle (⋮⋮) on the right.
  2. Click and drag the handle (or the entire item) to reorder pages.
  3. Drop the page above or below another page to reposition it.
  4. The page order updates immediately in your Figma file.

➐ Duplicate or delete a page

  1. Right-click a page item to open the context menu.
  2. Choose Rename page to edit the name inline.
  3. Choose Duplicate page to create " (Copy)" right below the original.
  4. Choose Delete page to remove the page.

➑ Undo/Redo navigation history

  1. Use the Undo button to go back to the previously visited page.
  2. Use the Redo button to go forward to the next visited page.
  3. Navigation history is preserved across plugin sessions.
  4. History is cleared when you manually navigate to a new page.

➓ Keyboard shortcuts

  1. or — Go to previous page
  2. or — Go to next page
  3. Home — Go to first page
  4. End — Go to last page
  5. Esc — Close the plugin
  6. Visual hints appear briefly when using shortcuts.
