DocuBuilder helps you keep design documentation close to your work.

Save any frame as a reusable template, then drop it into your files whenever you need to explain a design, document a component, or share context with your team.

What you can do with DocuBuilder

1. Create reusable documentation templates from existing frames
2. Insert templates with one click to keep documentation consistent
3. Document design decisions, usage guidelines, and handoff notes right in your file
4. Maintain shared patterns for specs, release notes, and component docs

How it works

1. Design a documentation layout as a Figma frame (for example: “Component Docs” or “Release Notes”).
2. Open DocuBuilder and click “Save Frame as Template”.
3. When you need it again, open the plugin and click the template card to insert a copy into your file.
4. Keep your design, reasoning, and documentation all in one place—without leaving Figma.
