Bulk Movie Card Generator is a Figma plugin that helps designers create movie cards instantly using real data from the OMDb API. It allows you to search movies and generate multiple cards at once with accurate titles, posters, release year, genre, plot, ratings, and director information.

The plugin is designed for speed and flexibility. You can use ready-made templates to generate movie cards instantly, or switch to Custom Mode to map movie data into your own components and layouts. Template Mode provides pre-built movie card layouts where all movie information is filled automatically. Simply search for a movie and create cards without any setup.

Custom Mode gives you full control. You can design your own movie card component and name text layers using predefined tags. When cards are created, the plugin automatically replaces those layers with movie data. Supported tags include Title, Poster, Year, Plot, Genre, Rating, and Director. A quick tag selection option is also available inside the plugin for faster setup.

This plugin uses the OMDb API, which offers 1000 free requests per day. To use the plugin, you need to register for a free OMDb API key. Registration is simple: visit omdbapi.com, choose the free plan, verify your email, and paste the API key into the plugin when prompted. No payment is required.
