About this plugin

Airtable Sync connects your Figma designs to Airtable, letting you populate text and image layers with content from your Airtable records. Perfect for creating LinkedIn carousels, social media templates, presentations, and any repetitive design work.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Connect to Airtable using your Personal Access Token

2. Select a parent frame containing your design template

3. Map Figma layers to Airtable fields

4. Choose a record and generate your design

REQUIREMENTS

• Airtable Personal Access Token (PAT) with read access to your base

• A Figma frame with text layers and/or image placeholders

GETTING YOUR AIRTABLE PAT

1. Go to airtable.com/create/tokens

2. Create a new token with "data.records:read" scope

3. Add your base to the token's access list

4. Copy the token into the plugin

TIPS

• Name your Figma layers to match Airtable field names for auto-matching

• Use a prefix (like _title, _body) to filter which layers appear in mapping

• Image layers must be rectangles or ellipses with an existing fill
