Sync your color variables with betterLCH app.

Generate colors in the app — reorganize variables in Figma.

Export from Figma. Export your existing color variables from Figma and import them to the betterLCH app. Or create color schemes in betterLCH from scratch.
Design in betterLCH. Use OKLCH color space, linked colors, and contrast tools to create harmonious palettes with sufficient contrast across multiple themes.
Import to Figma. Export your Primitives and Themes from the app and import them as Figma variables. Colors are organized into collections automatically.
Refine in Figma. Rename and reorganize Figma color variables as needed, reimport them to betterLCH to apply changes and continue adjusting colors — renamed colors remain synced.

Collections are matched my name ("Primitives" and "Themes").
Variable modes are matched by name.
Variables are matched by ID to support color renaming and folder reorganization.

When you import betterLCH app configs to Figma, color metadata is added to variable descriptions to ensure proper color updates.

If you duplicate colors in Figma, remove the metadata from duplicates before exporting — duplicate metadata can cause sync conflicts.
