Adaptive Frames — resize designs for multiple screen resolutions

This plugin automatically adapts selected frames or a section with frames to three common screen resolutions:

1. 1920 × 1080
2. 2340 × 1080
3. 1920 × 1440

What the plugin does:

1. Works with single frames and sections containing multiple frames
2. Duplicates the original design for each resolution
3. Preserves layout structure, styles, and Auto Layout behavior
4. Saves time by eliminating manual resize work
