JFIG (JSON to Figma) is a plugin that converts UI screenshots into fully editable Figma layouts using Auto Layout. Just capture a screenshot of the UI, send it to a fine-tuned AI (JFig GPT) that returns a structured JSON response, then paste that JSON into the plugin to instantly generate an editable frame.Key features:- Automatically detects icons and replaces them with SVG icons from supported icon sets from iconify- Replaces image backgrounds with clean placeholders, so you can replace them- Produces layouts with around 70–90% structural accuracy, depending on the UI section complexity.Usage tips:- Capture and convert your UI in small sections (for example, one card, one header, or one panel at a time) instead of a full page. This reduces errors and avoids incomplete JSON because of token limits in ChatGPT responses.- Focus on the sections you actually need to edit or rebuild, then assemble them in Figma into a full interface.
