Heavy Branch Manager gives you a bird's-eye view of all your file branches — organized in a kanban board right inside Figma. See every branch at a glance, track design status, and sync with Jira automatically.

Features

Kanban Board

Three-column board (Design in Progress, Ready for Dev, Dev in Progress) showing all branches as cards. Search, sort by name/modified/status, and filter by status.

Jira Integration (via Figma's Jira widget)

Scans the current page for Jira widgets placed by Figma's official Jira plugin. Reads ticket IDs, statuses, and platform tags (IOS, Web, AND) directly from those widgets. Click any ticket badge to open it in Jira. No separate Jira API token needed — it reads what's already on your canvas.

Auto-Status from Jira

Branch status updates automatically based on Jira widget statuses found on the page — no manual tracking needed.

Smart Page Navigation

On launch, navigates to the Figma page matching your current branch name. Supports PascalCase splitting, domain prefix stripping, and fuzzy matching.

Domains

Organize branches by product domain. Add domains in settings, assign them to branches, and see color-coded domain badges on every card.

Branch Details

Click any card to edit metadata: status, blocked flag, designer, domain, Jira tickets, and description. Designer names autocomplete from existing data.

Resizable Window

Three size presets (S/M/L) that persist across sessions.

Instant Load

Branches are cached per-file, so the board renders instantly on launch while a background refresh pulls the latest data.

How to Use

1. Run the plugin from any Figma file with branches
2. Follow the setup wizard (Figma token + file URL)
3. Your branches appear as kanban cards — click to edit details
4. Optionally add your Jira base URL to enable ticket scanning and linking
