Generates a Tailwind swatch from a single hex code, placing the original colour in the correct weight by comparing with the official Tailwind swatches.Contrast values include 1) solid colour on white background (e.g. button fill), 2) white text on solid colour (e.g. button text) and 3) black text on solid colour (e.g. outlines, alternative button text).
