Paladin
A pocket color companion for Figma

About this plugin
Paladin is a pocket color companion for Figma. It surfaces every solid color already on your page, sorted by usage count, visual area, hue, or lightness - so the colors that actually dominate your file rise to the top. Pick any one to inspect: hex, RGB, HSL, HSB, WCAG contrast against white and black, the closest CSS named color, and a handful of harmonies that pair well with it. Build palettes that follow you across files via Figma's local storage, and bulk-select every node using a given color in one click. The Playground tab lets you try a palette on for size: assign each color a role (background, surface, text, accent, muted) and see it rendered live across a sample UI card, a contrast-grid audit, gradient pairs, a hero mock, and a polar palette wheel that shows your distribution across the chromatic spectrum at a glance. When you're happy, export the palette as native Figma color variables (auto-named on a Tailwind-style tonal scale) or a clean SVG swatch grid for design specs.
