About this plugin
The ProblemYour Figma deck looks perfect until you export it as a PDF.Then suddenly you’re dealing with a 100MB+ file that takes forever to load, lags while scrolling, flickers during presentations, and sometimes becomes too large to even send over email. And the worst part is that most compression plugins barely help.A lot of existing plugins try to preserve the semantic component hierarchy information exactly as-is, which sounds good in theory, but in practice it often creates bloated PDFs that still feel slow and heavy especially if you use a lot of heavy effects like gradients, blend-modes, big vector shapes, glows, etc. Some tools reduce the file size a little, but the PDF still reloads every time you zoom or scroll. Others flatten everything into images and completely destroy selectable text and links.A Better Way to Export PDFsStop sending massive, sluggish PDFs to your clients. Presentify was built to solve that properly, for FREE.Instead of exporting massive vector-heavy PDFs, Presentify converts complex visuals into highly optimized compressed images while placing perfectly aligned transparent Figma text nodes over the top, and drawing hyperlink rectangles on the PDF to maintain all of your clickable links. The result is a PDF that stays lightweight and smooth without sacrificing searchable text, selectable copy, or clickable links. So instead of sending clients a giant, sluggish deck that struggles to open, you get a clean PDF that actually feels fast and polished. One of our 50-slide test decks with very high quality images and lots of heavy effects went from 177MB down to just 9MB in a single export (on Balanced Mode). And most decks (with around 40 slides) we tested this on remained below 5MB, while also removing the annoying janky/flickering you get when you zoom or scroll.Built for Modern Presentation DesignWhether you're exporting a pitch deck, portfolio, case study, or Figma Slides presentation, Presentify is designed specifically for modern, visually heavy layouts that traditional PDF exports struggle with.Features• Drastically Smaller PDF Exports Get much smaller files compared to native Figma exports and traditional compression plugins.• Smooth Scrolling PDFs No more laggy presentations, flickering pages, or PDFs that constantly reload while zooming.• Searchable and Selectable Text Your text stays fully searchable and copyable while preserving the visual layout.• Working Hyperlinks Embedded links are automatically retained in the exported PDF.• Compression Presets Choose between Balanced, High Quality, or Compressed depending on the file size you need.• Reorder Slides Before Export Preview and rearrange frames in a visual timeline without moving frames around your Figma canvas. How It WorksSelect the frames you want to exportLaunch PresentifyReorder slides if neededPick a quality presetExport your optimized PDFPerfect ForClient pitch decksDesign portfoliosCase studiesProduct presentationsFigma Slides exportsLarge visual presentationsLearn Morepresentify.eclipticcreative.comContactpresentify@eclipticcreative.com(this project will be open sourced soon)
