Your text is processed inside the plugin and is not uploaded to an external service. The plugin declares no external network access, includes no analytics, and requires no Kotoha account.Important limitsKotoha QA is a review aid, not a translation or linguistic certification service. It does not judge meaning, tone, politeness, or whether a translation is natural. It cannot guarantee every visual soft-wrap or text overflow condition; layout warnings identify text layers that should be inspected. Always complete a human language and visual review before release.Each scan inspects at most 50,000 text nodes or 2,000,000 UTF-16 code units. Some characters, including emoji, can occupy two code units. If either input limit leaves part of the requested scope unexamined, the UI shows an incomplete-coverage banner, CSV/JSON exports include coverage-limit metadata, and the result is not presented as clean. Narrow the scope and run the scan again.Separately, each scan retains at most the first 10,000 findings. If more findings are produced, the UI marks the result as incomplete and CSV/JSON exports record finding-truncation metadata.
