Copy a frame or a few layers in Figma, then paste them straight into a Swash project with Cmd+V. Swash is a web app for kinetic typography, and the layout arrives there ready to animate — not as a flat picture of your design.Text stays text. Line breaks, size, colour, letter spacing, line height, alignment and variable font weight all come across, so every word is still editable and still animatable. A single word in another colour or another font keeps its own styling. Underline, strikethrough, outline and drop shadow travel too, and an italic layer arrives italic for the families Swash has an italic for.Shapes stay shapes. Rectangles and ellipses arrive as vector shapes with their corner radius, gradient or transparent fill, stroke and shadow.Structure stays structure. Groups and frames arrive as groups, nesting and all, so the layers panel in Swash looks like the one you left in Figma.Everything else is exported for you. Vector artwork travels as SVG and stays crisp at any size; photos, masks and effects travel as images, placed exactly where they were.No surprises. Before you copy, the panel lists what will actually travel: how many layers and groups, which fonts are already in the Swash library, which ones you will need to pick or upload there, and anything the paste cannot carry across.No account needed to try it: open swashmotion.com, paste, and the layout is already in the editor. Signing in is only for keeping your projects and carrying them between devices. The plugin itself sends nothing anywhere — it reads your selection and fetches the list of fonts available in Swash.
