Most ways of getting a PDF into Figma give you a picture of a page. This onegives you the page.TWO WAYS TO IMPORT• Editable text + graphics — every run of text becomes a real Figma text layeryou can click into and edit, over a raster of the artwork underneath.• Image only — no text extraction at all, just a clean render of each page at upto 600 dpi. Faster, exact, and the right call when the layout matters more thanthe words, or when the type was converted to outlines anyway.EDITABLE TEXTText keeps its font, size, colour, opacity and rotation, and sits on its originalbaseline. A bold or coloured word in the middle of a sentence stays as a styledrange inside one text layer, and consecutive lines merge into paragraphs — so apage arrives as a handful of editable blocks rather than hundreds of fragments.Everything that isn't text — vectors, photos, shading, rules — is renderedunderneath as a locked image layer, so the page still looks like the page.RESOLUTION72 dpi up to 600 dpi, in either mode.
