About this plugin

It takes two halves, both free: the Chrome extension captures the deck in your browser and this plugin rebuilds it as layers in Figma. Without the extension installed, there is nothing here to import.Claude Design Importer takes a Claude Design deck and rebuilds it in Figma as real, editable layers. Each slide becomes its own frame, so your decks and slides stay pixel-faithful and ready to edit — not a flattened image, not a screenshot.How to use it:Also install the free Chrome extension: Chrome Extension. Then capture a Claude Design deck from your browser — this plugin doesn't generate anything on its own, it only imports what the extension captured.Open this plugin in Figma and log in with the same email used in the extension (6-digit code, no password).The Decks screen lists your recent captures (title, slide count, time since capture). Click "Import" on the one you want.Watch the progress; when it finishes, the slides appear as editable frames on the canvas, with warnings if any font or image could not be found.Plans: the free plan includes 10 imports per month, shared with the extension. The credit is spent when the layers land in Figma, not on capture: capturing costs nothing, and an import that fails or that you cancel costs nothing either. Deliberately re-importing a deck counts as a new import. Running out doesn't fail the import: it delivers a 3-slide sample, complete and editable, with an invite to upgrade. Pro costs $4.80/month (launch price, then $9/month) and covers up to 300 deck imports per month of fair use — going over that cap only slows additional imports down, with a warning, and never blocks the account.
