ShiftLog picks up where Figma's Version History leaves off. If you're on a distributed team (say, a design team in India handing off to a team in the US), you know the drill: someone opens the file, has no idea what changed overnight, and ends up scrubbing through version history one entry at a time. ShiftLog watches the file for you and turns that into a clean, per-element changelog anyone can skim in a minute.What it doesCatches every real change. Every edit, add, delete, and style, variable, or component update is pulled straight from Figma's own document events. Nothing here is guessed or inferred.Shows you what a variable change actually touches. Update a primitive color or swap a component, and ShiftLog traces it through to every screen that consumes it (including through variable aliases), so you're not left wondering what else just moved.Logs continuously.
