About this plugin
Find & Replace in Selection lets you quickly find and replace text only inside the frames, groups, components, and layers you select—without changing anything elsewhere in your Figma file. Search across selected content, preview the number of matches, and replace text in one click. Supports case-sensitive matching, whole-word matching, regular expressions, and capture groups. Mixed text styles are preserved during replacement. Everything runs locally in Figma. No uploads, no accounts, no external servers, no analytics, and no API calls.
