Enter the wished spacing between selection and the next layers below -> Shifts all layers below selection -> Optionally you can resize the frame accordingly -> Ignores layers that are locked or hidden Greatly boosts your workflow when having a lot of elements in one layout (vertically), if you need to move stuff around a lot and if you want to quickly change vertical spacings.
