Anchor Resizer
Resize selected layer from any corner or direction. The plugin behaves as if you are resizing with alt/opt key pressed, but with more options. HOW TO USE: 1. Select any layer. 2. Change the anchor to the desired one. 3. Type the new dimensions in the the proper fields. PRO TIP: Use up & down to nudge the layer size. Use it with shift to nudge by 10.
