Free plugin that lets you copy prototype links to specific frames without opening Presentation mode.

How To Use

1. Select one or more layers or frames
2. Run “Copy prototype link” from the plugin menu
3. The link(s) will be copied to your clipboard

If you selected multiple frames, you’ll get separate links labeled with each frame’s name.

First Setup

To generate prototype links, the plugin needs your File Key.

Unfortunately, this key isn’t available to public plugins due to security reasons — so you’ll need to add it manually once.

Don’t worry — the key is stored only inside your file settings. It’s never sent anywhere.

How to Set the File Key

1. Click 'Share' button on the top panel and copy the link. Or grab the whole File URL from the browser's address bar. The File URL looks like: https://figma.com/file/e9z7p5lisUPmRe9z7p5lisUPm/FileName
2. Go to: Plugins -> Prototype Quick Link -> Settings
3. Paste the copied full URL or just the File Key — the plugin will handle the rest.

Info: Your file link stays private and is not sent to any external server.
