About this plugin

Take control of your iconography! Export your icons in any text-based file format.

Basic Usage

1. Put your icons in frames
2. Name these frames staring with a prefix ("icon", by default). Examples: icon / teacup, icon / heart, icon / star
3. Open the plugin, choose a format, and either download the file or copy its contents to your clipboard.

Settings

• Format: the text-based format to export
• Frame Prefix: frames starting with this text and variants of component sets with this name will be exported. It is case-sensitive.
• Filename: the name of the file to be downloaded
• Sizing: Frame uses the frame as the viewBox in formats that support it, Contents uses the bounding box of everything inside the frame

Custom Formats

Create your own code format using the builtin template editor. Just select "New Custom Format..." from the format options

Bugs / Support

File an issue in github with some information about your problem. If it's a bug this info will be helpful:

• Windows or Mac?
• Does the issue persist after checking for and installing any Figma updates?
• Are you using the Figma desktop app or a browser?
• General icon setup: in a frame? in a component? strokes & fills? Instances?
• If you are comfortable / able: a public link to or copy of the Figma file in question
• Any console errors messages you see (if you know how to find those)
